Damaged or Faulty Products
At U Posh, we stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once a product has been opened or used, unless the item is proven to be defective.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team at uposh@uposhbeauty.com Be sure to include your full name, order number, product name, and a short description of the issue.
Once our team has assessed your request, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. Returned products must not be more than 30% used in order for a refund to be approved.
If it is determined that the product is not faulty or damaged, any associated shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds will cover the value of the purchased goods only and will exclude shipping fees or other related charges. Items returned that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations and Order Changes
We aim to process and ship orders quickly after they are placed. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Care team at uposh@uposhbeauty.com with your order number so we can assist you as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed for dispatch, we unfortunately cannot make changes or cancel it. Should you still wish to cancel after dispatch, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only (excluding shipping fees, taxes or any other applicable charges).
